# Guldmann sætter deres lid til Uniwelcos svejserobotløsning | Uniwelco

Uniwelco har hjulpet Guldmann trygt i gang med deres robotsvejsning. Guldmann købte oprindeligt deres svejserobot, fordi de gerne ville automatisere svejseproduktionen. De valgte en RBCobot med MIG/MAG svejsebrænder, da de skulle svejse i rustfrit og sort stål i deres produktion. Det er de nu kommet i mål med, efter Uniwelcos robotoperatør Theis har hjulpet dem godt i gang med selv at bruge robotten i deres produktion. Herfra kan produktionen uden problemer køres videre af svejsespecialisterne.

Guldmann er en professionel leverandør af forskellige hjælpemidler i eksempelvis plejesektoren. F.eks. loftliftsystemer, mobile personløftere, sejl, samt øvrigt løftetilbehør.

En RBCobot fra Uniwelco kombinerer robot fra Universal Robots, en svejsemaskine fra Böhler, svejsebord fra Siegmund og sætter det hele sammen med den brugervenlige URCap som er softwaren bag integrationen. Konfigurationerne findes både som MIG/MAG og TIG-løsning. Den muliggør let programmering, så selv ansatte uden erfaring med robotprogrammering kan være med.
