The primary purpose of RB-TT is to allow the robot to weld around the workpiece. Two main functions make this possible:
The turntable can rotate 360° - and then some - with a total rotation angle of up to 600°. The speed can be adjusted from the URCap software, so the robot always welds at the optimal pace.
For even more flexibility, you can choose a manual tilt option, which allows you to tilt the table so that round workpieces can be welded at angles that would otherwise require manual adjustment. This is particularly useful for workpieces with inclined or asymmetric geometries.
Luckily, you get everything you need included.
Rotates the workpiece to enable all-around welding; load up to 50 kg horizontally and 200 kg vertically.
Provides precise control over rotation so the table can stop and start at the same angle every time
Allows the operator to control rotation, speed and tilt directly from the cobot's user interface.
Allows tilting of the table for better access to welding areas on round workpieces.
Extra support for long workpieces; available with or without hole for gas to hold the workpiece without lifting.
